Thank you for choosing Balloonatics to bring your event to life! Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking. By securing a date with us, you agree to the following:
​Security Deposit

A £50 security deposit is required to secure all bookings. This does not count towards your final balance.

The deposit acts as a refundable payment to cover any potential damage to our equipment.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel, unless your event is cancelled due to weather.

Reservations & Payments

Your chosen date is held for 24 hours only. To confirm your booking, full payment must be made within this time.

Once payment has been made, please message us to confirm so we can officially lock in your event.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, we may release the date. Please check back in to see if it’s still available.
Equipment Rules
To ensure the quality and cleanliness of our items, the following rules must be followed:

No face paint, glitter, or confetti – these can permanently stain equipment.

No shoes, food, or drink on or near any of our items.

Ball Pit Orders Only

All ball pit balls must be returned to the pit by the end of your event.

Failure to do so will result in a £30 deduction from your deposit to cover time and labour.

If all terms are met, your £50 deposit will be refunded on the Monday following your event.
Final Payment

The full remaining balance is due 24 hours before the day of your event.

Alternatively, you can pay in cash upon arrival at set-up.
