Unfortunately, we can’t set up outdoors if rain or strong winds are forecast. Moisture can damage the equipment and cause mould, so we only install outdoors in safe, dry conditions.

Yes, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit or you’re welcome to move your booking to another available date.

Our air-filled balloon designs can last several days (or longer) depending on conditions. Helium balloons typically last 1–3 days.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. Last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on availability.
