Can you set up in bad weather?

Unfortunately, we can’t set up outdoors if rain or strong winds are forecast. Moisture can damage the equipment and cause mould, so we only install outdoors in safe, dry conditions.

Do I get a refund if it's cancelled due to bad weather?

Yes, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit or you’re welcome to move your booking to another available date.

What is the deposit for?

The deposit covers any potential damage to the equipment. If everything is returned in good condition, your deposit will be refunded on the Monday after your event.

Yes, we cover all of the Midlands – delivery charges will apply depending on the location.

Can castles or inflatables be set up on concrete?

No – all equipment must be set up on grass or indoors for safety and stability reasons.

How long do the balloons last?

Our air-filled balloon designs can last several days (or longer) depending on conditions. Helium balloons typically last 1–3 days.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. Last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on availability.
